View/modify the running order of an oral exam
Click on the icon 
located at the top of the course to view the running time of the students.
To manually change the running order or to regenerate the session automatically, un-tick Publish the convocation and information concerning the oral exam on the Students Webspace (you will tick it again once you have made the changes).
Modify manually
In the list, select the students and use the arrows 
and 
to modify the running order.
Launch an automatic distribution
- In the section Characteristics of the oral exam, click on the button
. - In the pop-up window, select Alphabetical distribution or Random distribution. If necessary, change the duration of the oral exam for each student, then validate.
- The order is then modified. To view it, click again on the icon located in the course.
