The use of the rooms may be subject to an authorization.

Go to the tab Rooms > Free rooms.
On the slider, select the week(s) when you need the room.
Refine your search if necessary:
- by specifying the duration of the availability of the room,
- by entering the number of students the room should be able to accommodate,
- by selecting the site of the room,
- by ticking the option Ignore all the rooms having ongoing reservation requests.
Click on, the button Launch the search.
The number of available rooms is indicated on each slot: click on one of them to display the rooms in question.
Select the room among those proposed, then click on the button Choose this room.
In the confirmation window, enter any comments and click on Yes.
Once the course has been created with the room that suits you, add the resources from the course form.
