  • Enter your internship/work-study form

You can fill in your internship/work-study form yourself (company information, contact information, topic and presence in the company). The entry of your data is subject to an authorization during the creation of the internship.
A notification informs you when the form for entering information is available.

Step 1: Information about the host company

Case No. 1: you know the company's SIRET number

  1. Enter the company's SIRET number, then click on the button Search.
  2. The company's data appears.
  3. If this is your company, click on the button Yes, this is my company to proceed to the next step.

Case No. 2: you do not know the company's SIRET number

  1. Click on the link I do not know the SIRET No.
  2. In the pop-up window, click on the button Continue without the SIRET No., then enter the company data.
  3. Once all the information is entered, click on the button Validate to go to the next step.

Step 2: Contact information

  1. Click on the button Add.
  2. In the pop-up window, in the first drop-down menu, select:
    • an already known contact. Then click on the name presented.
    • the option He/she is not in the list. The fields are then accessible. Indicate the contact information within the company.
  3. Click on the button Validate.
  4. Click on Next.

Step 3: Presence in the company

  1. Click on the button.
  2. In the pop-up window, indicate the times.
    • If these times apply to several days, check Duplicate these times throughout the week, then tick the days concerned.
    • If the schedules are different on certain days, click on the button of the day concerned, then enter the times.
  3. Click on Next.

Step 4: Summary and send the form

As long as the form is published, you can make changes to your internship folder. Depending on the concerned step, click on the button Modify.
Click on Send. Once your form has been sent to your institution's secretariat, it is no longer possible to change the information.
