  • Connecting for the first time from a computer

 
HYPERPLANNING's Company Webspace is accessible from a computer or a mobile application to be installed on your phone or handheld.

Step 1 - Make sure you have all the necessary items

Your institution has sent you the following by mail or e-mail:
  • the connection address to enter in your Internet browser,
  • your username (often based on your family name),
  • a temporary password that you can personalize when you log on for the first time.

Step 2 - Connect from a computer

  1. From your Internet browser, enter the connection address contained in the document Connection for the company contacts sent by your institution.
  2. In the connection window, enter your username and temporary password, respecting upper and lower case, then click on Connect.



  3. When you log in for the first time, the password personalization window appears. Enter your personalized password, respecting the password composition rules adopted by the institution, then enter it again to confirm. Click on the button Validate.



  4. This takes you to the homepage of your Webspace.
