Change your password
To comply with CNIL recommendations, your password should contain at least 10 characters, including upper and lower-case letters, numeric and special characters.
- Go to the tab Personal information > Account.
- Click on Protecting my account in the left-hand menu.
- In the rubric Password, click on Modify.
- In the pop-up window, enter your current password.
- Then enter your new password, and enter it a second time.
- Click on the button Validate.
Define a Pin code
Depending on the security policy set by the administrator, you may be offered a double authentication in the form of a PIN code.
- Go to the tab Personal information > Account.
- Click on Protecting my account in the left-hand menu.
- In the rubric Enhanced security, select Define a PIN code.
- In the pop-up window, use the numeric keypad to enter and confirm the code, clicking on the button Validate each time.
