  • Send information

The distribution of information via HYPERPLANNING's internal messaging system makes it possible to reach a large audience without engaging in any exchange (no reply possible). An acknowledgement of receipt indicates whether the recipient has taken note of the information.
  1. Go to the tab Communication > Information and surveys.
  2. Click on the button New, then select Send information.
  3. In the pop-up window, designate the recipients:
    • if the information is related to classes or groupings, click on the buttons to indicate concerned classes or groupings. Then tick off Teachers, Students, Parents, Porters, Companies to publish the information on the corresponding Webspaces.
    • if the information is not related to classes or groupings, go to the tab Recipients on an individual basis, click on the buttons and tick the recipients directly.
  4. If the information is addressed to parents, choose between:
    • A dispatch per student: to have a single acknowledgement of receipt. Both parents can access the information, but only one acknowledges receipt of the information.
    • A dispatch per parent: to have several acknowledgements of receipt if there are several parents. Each parent, independently of the other, acknowledges receipt of the information.
  5. Give the information a title, type and format the text. You can also add an attachment by clicking on the button .

    • If you tick the option with acknowledgment of receipt, the recipients will be asked to indicate that they are aware of the information.
    • Validate the information:
      • for immediate distribution, tick Publish, then define the period during which the information should remain visible. Then click on the button Publish.
      • to come back to it later, un-tick Publish. Click on the button Create the draft. The information will be modifiable from Drafts in the left menu.
