  • Create an internship

Internship management is activated by default.
  1. Go to the tab In-company > Internships > List of internships.
  2. Click on the creation line.
  3. In the pop-up window, select the concerned student and validate.

  1. In the window Definition of the internship, click and drag on the calendar to define the dates of the internship.
  2. If you want to let the student fill in the form (company information, contact information, topic and presence in the company) from his or her Space, tick Allow the student to fill in his/her form from the Students Webspace, and indicate the dates of access to the form. Validate.

  1. In the window Internship, the dates are then filled in (they can be modified by clicking on the button on the right of the corresponding field).
  2. Indicate the other characteristics of the internship, including:
    • the topic,
    • the company,
    • the counselor,
    • the tutoring teacher.

  1. The tabs allow you to provide additional information such as schedules, pedagogical content, trainee remuneration, pedagogical objectives, etc.
  2. Click on Validate.
You will be able to complete the internship form later from the tab In-company > Internships > Internship form and follow-up.
