  • Completing a student's follow-up

Follow-up items may or may not be shared with teachers and families.
  1. Go to the tab Schedules > Students > Student Form.
  2. Select the student from the list on the left.
  3. On the right click on the tab Follow-up.
  4. Click on the creation line, enter the designation and validate with the key Enteron your keyboard.


  1. By default, the follow-up item is displayed with the current date: you can modify this.
  2. To attach a document, double-click in the column Attachments.
  3. If you want to make this item available on the teachers' roll call sheet, double-click in the column Publications > Teachers.
  4. If you want to make this item available on the Students and Parents Webspaces, double-click in the column Publications > Family.

To complete your internship/work-study follow-up, go to the tab Internships or Work-study programs.
