Is it better to create the provisional classes by recovering the classes from the current timetable, or by creating them manually?

If your institution has many classes and few changes are planned for the coming year, click on the button Recover classes from the timetable: the imported classes correspond to the current year classes as they appear in the display Timetable > Classes > List.

 

If new classes are scheduled to open in the incoming year, you can add them by clicking on Create a provisional class: enter the name of the new class, press the key Enter on your keyboard, tick the ETM to be added in the pop-up window, specify the provisional class population by double-clicking in the last column of the table, then click on Validate.
